Waiting Time and Charges:
Additional waiting time for point-to-point services is not included in the quoted rate and will be billed separately if incurred. Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. For airport pickups, up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight arrival is included. Additional waiting time and parking fees will be billed separately. Charges are calculated hourly, with no partial-hour rates. The rate provided before service is an estimate and may be adjusted for additional waiting time, extra stops, or other services. The cardholder is responsible for all payments and agrees to all charges as provided by Diamond Go Express. Unpaid balances or deposits are authorized by the customer through verbal or written agreement. Credit card authorizations may be obtained for amounts exceeding estimates to cover potential additional charges. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments over $1,000.

Liability Agreement:
This agreement outlines the terms of service for hiring Diamond Go Express and applies for the duration of the service. Beyond the hourly vehicle and chauffeur rate, a minimum charge of $150 will apply for cleaning or repairing any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Determinations of excessive damage are made solely by Diamond Go Express, and these decisions are final.

Additional Services:
If the duration or type of service exceeds the agreed terms, additional charges will apply according to standard rates. Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund in cases of inappropriate or unsafe behavior by clients. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Diamond Go Express is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or items left in vehicles. Vehicles cannot exceed seating capacity under any circumstances. In the event of mechanical breakdowns during service, Diamond Go Express will not be held liable but will compensate for lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Baby Seats:
Diamond Go Express offers baby seats upon request. However, the availability or condition of the baby seats is not guaranteed. Parents or guardians are responsible for inspecting and properly securing baby seats for safety. The use of baby seats is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the client. Diamond Go Express relinquishes all liability regarding their use.
